By accessing or using Neuronik ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Nevika Innovations Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Nevika", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Neuronik is an AI Thinking Studio that provides structured reasoning, research, brainstorming, and content-generation tools. Output is generated by third-party language models and is provided for informational and creative purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and appropriately using any output before relying on it.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading content;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure;
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, pricing, or access controls.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in INR and are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Nevika owns all rights in the Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding. You retain ownership of content you input. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
