Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run Nevika AI. We don't sell your data. We don't train AI on your conversations. You can delete your account and chat history at any time from Settings.

What we collect

  • Account data — your email, name and avatar (from Google Sign-In).
  • Chat content — the messages, attachments, generated images and videos you create. Stored in our database so you can resume conversations across devices.
  • Usage data — counts of messages, images, videos and credits spent. Used to enforce plan limits.
  • Payment metadata — order IDs, last 4 of card (provided by Stripe / Cashfree). We never see full card numbers.
  • Diagnostics — error reports via Sentry (no PII; emails and IPs are excluded by configuration).

Third parties we use

  • OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — model providers for the AI responses you request. Your messages are sent to these providers to generate replies. We use enterprise endpoints where available; providers do not train on your inputs.
  • Stripe (USD subscriptions) and Cashfree (INR subscriptions) — payment processors.
  • Sentry — anonymous error reporting.
  • Google — sign-in only.
  • Resend / MSG91 — receipts and notifications.

Your choices

  • Delete a chat — Sidebar → trash icon. We soft-delete for 30 days, then permanently remove.
  • Delete your account — email privacy@nevika.ai and we'll erase within 7 days.
  • Export your data — same email, machine-readable JSON within 14 days.

Children

Nevika AI is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
